This team is partnering with TAMU SEDS (Students for the Exploration & Development of Space) to represent Texas A&M in the NASA Lunabotics competition. Lunabotics is a systems engineering design challenge to engage students in the next phase of human space exploration supporting the Artemis Campaign. This two-semester event encourages students to design and build an autonomous or telerobotic robot designed to traverse the lunar surface and complete assigned construction tasks. The culmination of the Lunabotics virtual challenge will be the design, build and operation of a prototype Lunar construction robot.
This team has submitted a proposal and is beginning system-level design, and is expected to compete in May 2025. Check back later to see our progress!
