Aggies Create is a student-led organization at Texas A&M University that connects students with opportunities to develop their skills and projects. Our belief is that anyone with passion and a vision, regardless of experience, should have the opportunity to build out their ideas and see just how far they can go.
We provide support to our members/future Aggie founders by providing resources and funding to our incubator teams, partnerships with Meloy and Aggieland's entrepreneurship network, publicity for your ideas through our network, and a supportive student community to push your limits. How it works
We connect incredible people.
As a student member of Aggies Create, consider pitching one or more of your big ideas for Aggies Create to work on, whether it's an established venture or brand-new project. Demonstrate to your peers that your problem - and potentially solution - is technically interesting, valuable to solve, and is worth their time and effort. When you do, we'll match members to your project based on their competitive skills and interests, and work with you to set growth and development goals for the semester. That's it!
Generally, this process of pitching, matching, and development is more rigorous compared to our Create Labs projects. This is because we work closely with Meloy and the greater entrepreneur community of Aggieland to support these projects and teams, and noncommittal Incubator teams can draw away valuable support from other teams who need it. When pitching, have a clear problem and goal in mind, while staying flexible with the solution. Also know that our Create Labs has also been a great launching pad for teams developing their problem & solution before committing to Incubator.
Aggies Create is an expanding community that includes the students, faculty, industry leaders, and incredible people of Aggieland who take initiative and invest in powerful ideas.
