Aggies Create is a student org at A&M that provides makers with the tools and support they need to innovate beyond the classroom.
What We Create
Aggies Create is a student-led organization at Texas A&M University that connects students with tools and people to support their big and small ideas. Our belief is that anyone with passion, regardless of experience, should have the opportunity to build out the projects and ideas they want to explore the most.
We serve to give Aggies real-world experience through Create Labs with engineering and product design workshops, in-house projects that develop member ideas, and support for teams competing in local to international competitions. If your goal is to see your ideas come to life and work with incredible people, then our goal is yours.
Create Labs is our internal R&D division focused on rapid prototyping, competition builds, and ambitious student-driven engineering projects.
Once every semester, members can pitch one or more big ideas for Aggies Create to work on. Fellow members decide which teams they want to work with and which ideas they want to follow.
After a team forms, members receive a small budget, access to mentors, and semester goals with a more relaxed pace than incubator or consulting teams.
As a student member, you join volunteer engineers and designers who want to build relevant skills while creating tangible work. Create Labs can also become a launch point for teams that later move into incubator.
