TakeoffXai is an Aggie startup seeking to eliminate time lost in "takeoff" - a critical point at the construction bidding process where the project cost and required materials are estimated. This process can occupy teams for several days and lead to delays or even lost project bids. The alternative, using software to tally materials from a bill of materials, is usually prohibitively expensive and can still produce major inaccuracies.
