Aggies Create is a student organization at Texas A&M University. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

What we collect

This website does not require an account and does not collect personal information on its own. When you contact us by email, phone, or social media, we receive whatever information you choose to share so that we can respond.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request timestamps, for security and performance purposes.

Donations

Donations are processed by Donorbox. Payment details are entered on Donorbox's secure form and are never stored by Aggies Create. Donorbox's own privacy policy applies to that transaction.

Applications

Membership and project applications are collected through third-party forms linked from this site (for example, Google Forms). Information submitted there is used only to review applications and contact applicants, and is shared only with Aggies Create officers.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded content from third parties (such as Donorbox or Instagram) may set their own cookies under their policies.

Photos

Photos on this site are of Aggies Create members, events, and projects. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
